pcappdate. Ubisoft has been postponing The division Beta for a while now, but no longer. This is now happening on January 28, for Xbox One and PC.
People have been waiting for this Beta for a long time, and they were pretty upset when it was postponed in December. Since this is an online game, for the most part, Ubisoft wanted to make sure that the infrastructure would hold.
It’s still difficult to place The Division in a certain genre, but for the most part, it can be categorized as an online action RPG. It’s the kind of game that you play online but would be much better with friends.
The developers from Ubisoft want to do everything with this title, and that’s a bit worrying. They built an action game with level-up RPG elements, but they also want to have a cooperating experience and online multiplayer. And they also intend to deliver a single-player campaign and some PvP. It’s a lot to hold in a single game, but initial reports seem to be positive.
We will definitely know a lot more when the closed Beta for the game launches, which will happen on January 28, for Xbox One and PC players. There is a special website, if you want to join, although the only guarantee that you will enter is if you pre-purchase the Division right now.
